Hi, I’m Emily Grace Snooks, owner of Grace Forever Weddings. I’ve been a planner at heart most of my life! I’m a mother of two by day and a wedding planner by night. I was that child that planned out my outfits and meals on a written schedule in middle school and haven’t stopped planning since. My passion has since turned into helping brides plan one of the best days of their lives. I planned my own wedding when I was 19 and since then have had the pleasure of planning many more weddings. I LOVE people, and I’m a hopeless romantic. I want to be there with you wherever you are in your process to help you plan and run your beautiful day. 

Personal Life

I live in a small town in North Carolina close to Charlotte (Kannapolis, NC). I’m quite the world traveler and was born in Kenya. I have lived overseas and continue to travel whenever I can! I am married to my husband, Hunter. We met in my first year of college and the rest is history. We dated through college and got married after I graduated. He’s my sweetheart and keeps me steady. We have two beautiful children; Nora and Trevor. I consider myself to be a kind, bubbly, and energetic person. I am motivated by my relationship with Jesus and that takes up a huge part of my life. I am so grateful for the grace I experience from the Lord. I hope I can show the love of Jesus to all people I meet. 

Random Facts 

I am an avid reader and go through spurts of reading 5-6 books in a couple of weeks. I love Parks and Rec and definitely relate to Leslie the most! I enjoy cleaning and organizing things in my spare time. I love board games and get together with my family to play them every week. My mom is an Australian, and Sydney is my favorite city. My favorite food is Chipotle (or anything Mexican) as long as there is queso involved. I am type 2w3 on the Enneagram test, and I love taking any and all other personalities tests.

Hi, I’m McKamie Youngblood, a Type-A neat freak who loves lists and organization; I can’t do anything if it’s not on the calendar! I was the student throughout school who had a new planner each year to keep my schoolwork and social life in order. Though I’ve upgraded to electronic calendars, I still hold my life together with timetables, especially as a new mom! Wedding planning is an outlet for my God-given organization skills now that I’m no longer in the classroom, and it is my pleasure to work with couples to make their day magical.

Personal Life

I’m a former high school math teacher and now a stay at home mother. My husband and I live in China Grove, NC where we’re able to spend lots of time with our extended family and are heavily involved in our local church. We met in Istanbul, Turkey on a mission trip in 2018 and were married the next year after he moved from Texas. Our daughter, Miriam, was born in the spring of 2023 and we love every minute of being her parents!

Random Facts 

I was one of Emily’s first few clients as a wedding coordinator and she made sure my day was perfect. I enjoy reading, especially the classics, and I don’t care that it’s cliche to say I love Jane Austen! I workout several times a week with my personal trainer and friends at Camp Gladiator. I’m an avid crocheter and love to make special gifts for the babies and children in my life. Crime shows are my vice, especially of the y2k variety.
